It is my first ever international trip and I was really excited. I planned to save up but since I have other trips, I failed to achieve my goal and so, with the little money I had and some credit cards, I managed to survive my 5-day trip out of this country.
Singapore is located at South East Asia at the tip of the Malayan Peninsula. It is much closer to the equator than the Philippines. From Manila, you need to take a three-hour plane ride to get there. The country is particularly small and you can go around it just by using their train system which is the best train system I have ever experienced.
Our 5 day trip consist of touring around Singapore and experiencing the famous and not so famous places you can go to there and a trip to and fro Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Here is our itinerary for our Singapore - Kuala Lumpur Adventure:
Day 1
3:00 - 6:30 - Arrive at Airport, boarding and wait for flight (delayed)
6:30 - 10:00 - Board Tiger Airways for 3 hour flight from Manila to Singapore
10:00 - 11:00 - Arrive at Changi Airport, innigration, collect bags/luggage
- Wait for Budget Terminal Shuttle to Terminal 2
11:00 - 12:00 - Buy EZ Link Card and ride MRT from Changi Station to Clarke Quey Station
12:00 - 1:00 - From Clarke Quay MRT to Hongkong Street
- Leave bags/luggage at River City Inn
1:00 - 2:00 - Eat Lunch at Curry Cafe, Central Mall at Clark Quay
2:00 - 3:00 - Free time at Central mall (pictures, buy some stuff)
3:00 - 3:30 - Go to Little India (ride MRT to Little India Station)
3:30 - 5:30 - Go around Little India

- Abdul Gaffoor Mosque
- Church of the True Light
- Kampong Kapor Methodist Church

8:30 - 9:00 - Singapore and Malaysia Immigration stops
9:00 - 1:00 - Sleep as bus travels from Singapore to Malaysia
Day 2
1:00 - 2:00 - Arrive at Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, take a cab to Fern Loft Inn
2:00 - 3:00 - Check in at Fern Loft Inn and freshen up
3:00 - 7:00 - sleep
7:00 - 8:00 - breakfast, pack up and check out at Fern Loft Inn
8:00 - 9:30 - go to KL Tower
9:30 - 10:00 - arrive at Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve, trekk to KL Tower
10:00 - 11:00 - Explore KL Tower Grounds
11:00 - 12:00 - Go up KL Tower, see view of Kuala Lumpur, buy souveniers
12:00 - 12:30 - F1 simulator
12:30 - 1:00 - take cab to Petronas Twin Tower
1:00 - 1:30 - take photos of Petronas Tower
1:30 - 2:30 - Lunch at Suria KLCC
2:30 - 5:00 - chill at KLCC Park, hang out, shop
5:00 - 5:30 - go to Corus Hotel to board Aeroline
6:30 - 9:00 - board Aeroline, eat dinner, rest
9:00 - 9:30 - Malaysia and Singapore immigration
9:30 - 10:30 - Rest at Aeroline

12:00 - 1:00 - lunch at Sargent Hainanese Chicken Rice (Orchard Road)
1:00 - 3:00 - Tour Orchard Road, shop
3:00 - 5:00 - ride MRT to Raffles Station, Look for Merlion
5:00 - 7:00 - Ride MRT to Ang Mo Kio Station and Bus ride to Night Safari
7:00 - 10:30 - Night safari (show, tram ride and tour around)
10:30 - 11:00 - dinner at Night Safari (Bongo Burgers)
11:00 - 12:00 - ride bus to Dhoby Ghaut Station and MRT to Clark Quay
12:00 - 1:00 - back at River City Inn, freshen up and sleep
Day 4
6:00 - 7:00 - wake up, bath, breakfast
7:00 - 9:00 - prepare for the day's tour
9:00 - 9:30 - MRT to harbour front and ride monorail to Sentosa
9:30 - 10:00 - arrive at Univesal Studio, buy tickets and picture taking
10:00 - 5:00 - enjoy Universal Studios Singapore, Lunch at cafeteria near Jurasic Park
5:00 - 8:00 - ride monorail to Sentosa, go to Siloso Beach and chill
8:00 - 9:00 - Dinner at KFC in Sentosa's Merlion
9:00 - 10:00 - Back to Harbour Front, MRT to Clark Quay to River City Inn
10:00 - 11:00 - Back at Inn, freshen up, pack bags, sleep
Day 5
7:00 - 8:00 - Wake up, bath and breakfast
8:00 - 10:00 - pack bags and prepare to leave
10:00 - 12:00 - free time, go to nearby malls buy stuff, shopping
12:00 - 12:30 - check out at River City Inn (leave bags for a while for lunch)
12:30 - 1:30 - Lunch at Tiong Bahur
1:30 - 2:30 - get bags at Rver City Inn, ride MRT to Changi Airport
2:30 - 3:30 - Last minute shopping at Changi Airport
3:30 - 5:00 - ride shuttle to Budget Terminal, check in, get boarding pass, immigration and boarding
5:00 - 5:30 - shop again at airport
5:30 - 6:00 - boarding
6:00 - 10:00 - flight from Singapore to Manila
10:00 - 10:30 - Arrive at Manila, get bags, immigration, HOMEBOUND
