Brunch at Conti's

We wen't to Nuvali since we wanted to have breakfast there, however, we got there a bit late and it was almost noon. But since we're still hungry, we still decided to eat something on the restaurants which are currently open at that time. We chose Conti's which is a bit packed with people at that time.

Conti's Pastry Shop and Restaurant started out with a small store and soon expanded into branches around Metro Manila. They are quite famous because of their yummy cake Mango Bravo which is really to die for.

Early Morning Drive at Nuvali

We planned to have breakfast at Nuvali one morning before the year ends and so, early morning, we prepared and had a drive to Sta. Rosa, Laguna going to Nuvali.

Most of the shops and restaurants were still opening at the time we got there and so, we looked around first before deciding where to dine. We saw the big carps in the pond where you can feed for a fee. Actually feeding them is free, only that, you can only feed them with fish feeds that can be bought there for PHP15 per pack.

Smart Fun Familia at Enchanted Kingdom

We were invited by our Smart friends to join their annual Fun Familia held at Enchanted Kingdom. As one of their benefits as a Smart employee, they are encouraged to join this event together with family members or friends. Since most of our friends in Smart chose EK for this event, they gave us free tickets so we can have fun with them.

Free tickets are given to employees plus 2 free ones together with P300 worth of Wizard Money. If you want to bring a bigger crowd, tickets are sold at discounted price (P350).
Enchanted Kingdom is a theme park located at Sta. Rosa, Laguna near the South Luzon Expressway Exit. It has been established on 1995 and since then, many of the young (and old) pinoys have enjoyed this magical place.

Sta. Rosa - Tagaytay Roadtrippin'

Together with my high school friends, we planned to celebrate Katrina's passing of the board exam. We planned to go to Enchanted Kingdom to have a little fun since we haven't been there since our high school days. Here is what happened:

Meeting place was at Shakey's Pacita (our usual meet up since our CSA days) at 10am. I was still at home preparing to go at that time. Why? because my high school barkada usually go there an hour after our scheduled time. A habit most of us call Filipino Time but for me, it is really how they do things. I got used to it since back in the days, I was always on time and they weren't.
